Scan any local business, expose the calls it's losing, and deploy an AI receptionist that answers and takes booking requests in 60 seconds: your service to sell, on Exelo proprietary infrastructure.
Typical figures and estimates: your results depend on your market and effort.
Type a place and a vertical. Every local business, scored by how much revenue it's leaking, highest need first.
XRAY extracts the service menu, reviews and booking flow, then estimates the monthly leak. Every figure an estimate.
One-time account connect first (guided, about 15–25 minutes). Then every agent trains from the client's site, takes a real line, and answers as their business — capturing what each caller wanted into a summary the business works from.
Every call picked up, day or night, holidays included. The line that never goes to voicemail.
So you can capture the after-hours callers your competitor sends to voicemail.
Caller's requested time and details captured into the call summary.
So you can call back with what they wanted already written down.
Every conversation logged and summarized.
So you can see what every caller wanted without listening back.
Your clients, your pricing, your relationship, on Exelo proprietary infrastructure.
Exelo never appears to your clients. You're the only company they know.
Infrastructure is billed per minute of usage, typically $0.15–$0.30/min all-in; the math here uses the high end so the cost is never understated. You set the price; what you keep is the price minus that cost. No income guarantees: figures are typical estimates that vary with your market and each business's call volume.
Exelo can be used from anywhere, but AI phone numbers are currently available for US-based client businesses only. Partners outside the US can use Exelo to find, scan, and serve US clients. AI receptionists currently operate in English.
All plans plus your own usage-based call costs — typically a few dollars a month at light usage (run the numbers yourself).
Monthly plans renew automatically each month and are non-refundable once billed; cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the period. Annual plans renew yearly and carry a 3-day money-back guarantee. Full policy in the Terms of Service.
You set up AI receptionists for local businesses: a live phone line that answers calls around the clock, captures what each caller wanted, and summarizes it for the business. You set your own monthly price and keep the difference over infrastructure cost.
There are no income guarantees. You choose the monthly price; what you keep is that price minus a usage-based infrastructure cost, a few dollars per business at typical call volume. The platform shows the live math on every business, and the public calculator lets you run the numbers yourself. Every figure is a typical estimate that varies with your market.
XRAY scans any local business and shows where revenue is leaking (missed calls, after-hours gaps, slow follow-up), with an estimated monthly leak. It's the report you close deals with.
Scans, credits, and message allowances reset on the 1st of each month, and higher plans include more of each. Lead search has a separate daily limit that resets every day and is the same on all plans. Nothing extra is ever charged — there are no overage fees and no pay-per-use top-ups.
No coding — but there is a real setup step. You create two accounts with our supported voice and phone-service providers (about 15–25 minutes total) and paste their keys into the guided connect wizard; the phone-service account also asks for identity verification and a small prepaid calling balance to leave its free trial. After that, deploying a line for a client is point-and-click.
No. Exelo runs on paid plans. You can try the XRAY scanner free on the homepage (two live demo scans a day), and annual plans carry a 3-day money-back guarantee.
Yes — with one limit. AI phone numbers are currently available in the United States only. Everything else works anywhere: XRAY scans, proposals, and pitch run on businesses in any country, and there is no restriction on where you are based. Partners outside the US run Exelo for US clients today. The number itself is purchased on your own connected telephony account, which sets its own requirements for US numbers.
Client-facing artifacts carry your brand, not ours: every AI line answers as their business, proposals print with a neutral title and filename, no Exelo mark anywhere, and a “Prepared by” line with your company name once you’ve set it in Settings. Calls run on your own local number. The partner portal itself is Exelo-branded — there’s no custom-domain portal today. One tip when saving a proposal as a PDF: untick “Headers and footers” in the print dialog so your browser doesn’t stamp the page URL on it.
It's real exclusivity, not a countdown. 15 founding seats exist, and the cap genuinely limits who's inside while we onboard the first cohort.
Founding partners (15 seats total)Founding accounts skip the monthly XRAY caps entirely: scan every prospect you want.
New products land in your portal the day they launch, included.
Founding partners run the Growth tier at no platform charge while the cohort stands.
